Service Refunds

Refunds are generally not applicable once the repair service has been completed.

Advance Payments

If an advance payment was made and the service cannot be completed due to technical limitations, the advance may be refunded or adjusted.

Spare Parts

Refunds for spare parts are not applicable once the part has been installed or used.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
